Automatic professional Leverless tyre changer with “combi” bead breaking system

Super automatic tyre changer using leverless technology. F55 Leverless is designed to work on all latest generation UHP and Run Flat tyres, that are very hard and challenging, and also on conventional wheels up to a maximum rim diameter of 30 “. The Leverless demounting group is characterized by a double support to the rim to reduce flexions and tensions on the bead and on the rim edge. It strongly reduces the physical effort by the operator.

Vertical rear tilting post

Automatic tyre changer with pneumatic rear tilting post granting the maximum rigidity to prevent rim damage. Simultaneous vertical rod and horizontal arm pneumatic locking system, vertical arm with spring return.

Self-centring turntable 10" - 30”

Centre post turntable with adjustable height. Motoinverter double variable speed system (10-17 rpm). The number of turns of the turntable under stress adjusts to keep the torque constant, and has great benefits, in particular on working time optimization and energy saving compared to conventional motors.

Structure

Pedal for wheel inflation system with fixed control instrument with graduated gauge, manometer and CE-certified inflation pressure limiter. Inflating of the tyre clamped and secured on the turntable centre post.

Bead breaking arm

“Combi” bead breaking system: with disc and with blade. The wheel bead breaking group with conventional blade is equipped with twin adjustable blade and arm system which enables to operate on large wheels up to 16” in width. Otherwise, the wheel bead breaking group with discs, with double movement penetration, powerful, accurate and fast, allows the bead breaking of all UHP and Run Flat tyres.
